¡Hola!

This is a lady from the South side of Bogotá. We visited her a couple days ago in her salon where she is pictured here. Pastor Jacob has been building a relationship with her for a while and we were able to go in a speak with her and give her a copy of my testimony in Spanish that has the gospel in it.

Today was great because we were able to go back up to Monserrate and do some more prayer walking. We also prayer-walked the very center of the city which is where their government buildings are. Their president has done a lot for them and we just prayed fas we walked around that God would bless their government officials that they might see peace. Our prayer is along the lines of Proverbs 21:1 as far as their government is concerned: "The king’s heart is a stream of water in the hand of the LORD; he turns it wherever he will."

This morning before going up to Monserrate, we were able to tour the home of Quinta de Bolivar. He was cool back in the day. If you want more info than that then you can google him, lol. It was awesome and had some amazing gardens. Hence the picture.

One of our interpreters, Camila, brought me some more interesting fruit this morning. I don't remember the name of it, however, I do have pictures. It's a fruit that grows down in the lower altitudes where it's hot and they bring them up here to sale. It has a shell that you crack open with your teeth and then you suck out the seed that is covered with a slimy, yet satisfying, fruity stuff. More to come...got to go to bed.

His,
Brian

I don't know what they call it in Colombia, but in PR we call it a "QUENEPA".
